The apartments were spacious and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed during our New Year's trip. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and attractions within walking distance. Plus, the underground parking was affordable, costing only 10€, which was a great advantage.
The noise level was quite high, as the walls seemed to be thin and not soundproof. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep or have a quiet evening.

Great location (10 minutes walk from Grand Via), reasonable price, small but very functional apartament with dishwasher, washing mashine and towels
Lack of reception a bit uncomfortable. Great location but the street itself rather not nice (dark in the evening). Very thin walls and extremely noisy neighbours, making party by 3.00 am.m made difficult to sleep in the night.

During my Easter stay, I found the apartments to be spacious and clean. the rooms were fully equipped with all amenities needed, making it a cozy stay. the apartments were in a great location, close to the city center and within walkable distance. the underground parking was also available, which was suitable and affordable.
The apartments were located on a street that looked a bit sketchy and shady. There was a bit of noise, and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear sounds coming from other apartments.

We stayed at this apartment for our trip to explore the city. It was ideally located in a more central area and just a short walk from the city center. the San Bernardo metro station was also close by, making it convenient to explore further destinations. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the staff was helpful and provided us with parking assistance and information about the area. it was a comfortable and well-equipped base for our exploration.
We did notice some noise issues due to the thin walls, making it a bit challenging for light sleepers like myself.
